EVENT DESCRIPTION

The Annual Gathering for San Diego County Food Vision 2030 (October 19, 2022 at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido, CA) is an inspirational, all-day gathering for San Diegans working together to cultivate justice, fight climate change, and build resilience in our region through food.

At this event, 500 leaders will come together to share stories and ideas for how we can invest in our local food economy, preserve agricultural land and soils, elevate wages and working conditions for food and farm workers, promote food sovereignty, advance community ownership and cooperative small food businesses, and more.

The Annual Gathering is a day to celebrate and work together toward San Diego County Food Vision 2030 — our region’s movement and vision for a healthier, more sustainable, and more just future for our home. Join us this fall in Escondido!
