Community Agreements

Community agreements are essential for creating safe spaces that foster open and honest conversation, particularly when the most critical or difficult conversations we need to have can be emotional, painful, and uncomfortable. Setting community agreements creates a shared vision for engaging in conversation and grounds the space in a common understanding.
